Biliran Provincial Monitoring Committee chaired by Gov. Gerado”Gerrboy” Espina, Jr.convenes at the SP Building to tackle updates on the implementation of the geothermal project in Biliran. The meeting also tackled the recent incident on gas leak that happened at the BGI drilling site in Brgy. Cabibihan, Caibiran, Biliran province. The meeting was also attended by representatives from the religious sector, academe, media, Biliran Environment Awareness Movement (BEAM) and other sectors. Atty. Edgar Igano (right at the head table), SP Member is the presiding officer of the meeting.
