The BiliranIsland.com, Inc., is a non-stock, non-profit organization duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on February 7, 2007 with SEC Registration No. CN200725369.
The purposes for which BiliranIsland.com, Inc. is incorporated are as follows:
1. To promote tourism in the province of Biliran and engage in Outreach Programs to promote the welfare of Biliranons.
2. Furthermore, to help promote social awareness among the youth in Biliran province to help in providing responsible young Biliranons.
