BILECO implements P2.69/kWh REDUCTION of Generation Rate Charge for November 2011 Billing. As a NONSTOCK NONPROFIT Electric Coop, BILECO under NEA obliges to return its earnings in the WESM as subsidy to consumers lower electricity rates since July 2011 billing.
