I think this is a powerful team of Rep. Glenn Chong and Roger Yu against the Espinas..

A year and a half to go to be exact jalmz. We don't even know the exact date of the elections, or if there will be elections at all! Another point; politicians change alliances as fast as they acquire them, so don't be comfy with what is the "now" alliance of political figures.

other than simply declaring that Roger Yu for Gov and Glenn Chong for Congress is a powerful team in 2010, why not expound on your idea a bit more and EXPLAIN to us why YOU think the two make a powerful team?

The only thing that said man can be proud of is his logistics...During the 2004 elections we were the ones hitting the campaign trail while the man was in his air-conditioned room; we were almost getting mobbed and killed during the municipal canvassing in a town north of Biliran. The late DMP carried R YU through the elections. This is not something personal but letting other people know of certain realities. And now we are in the thick of the fight against the hegemonic Espinas...where is your candidate JALMZ? I would always root for homegrown talents who may not have the needed logistics but knows this province by heart and are willing to wage an election campaign albeit in a guerrilla approach....

how can yu-chong tandem become a powerful team when yu only comes to biliran during election time.

besides, both are of Chinese ethnicity that could be played by the Espinas against them.
