BLUE MOON. The blue moon last night, peering from behind the clouds during the hour-long brownout in the wake of the magnitude 7.7 earthquake that shook the Leyte-Samar Region at 8:47 p.m. - Prof. Rolando Borrinaga
So far, no report of damage or injury in Biliran after earthquake. Electricity was also restored almost immediately after a brief brownout.
