      World teachers' day celebration

      A Parade of Floats with teacher-muses highlighted the Parade of Hats, which is a contest, was participated in by some 1,700 teachers, non-teaching staff and officials of the DepEd-Biliran in celebration of the 2012 National Teachers' Month and World Teachers' Day in Biliran province on Wednesday, September 19, 2012.
