How to get there

Take an Airplane from Manila to Cebu City. In Cebu you can take a ship overnight to Naval. Others take an airplane from Manila to Tacloban City, aircon shuttle vans and ordinary fare buses are available, then a scenic ride to Naval, capital of Biliran Province.
