Greetings of Peace!

It’s almost Christmas time, the most awaited time of the year. It is the season of giving and sharing love to our loved ones and relatives, and a time of the year where everyone’s heart is at peace. As we blend with the season, the wants to be a part and to impart to you the true essence of Christmas by inviting you to join and give your heartfelt cooperation for the activities/contests planned by the staff/administrators. is planning to have various activities/contests such as: Most Lighted and Decorated Street. This is in order to test the spirit of friendship, camaraderie, and teamwork among neighbors, ka barangay, kapamilya and kapuso.

Lastly, as we send this letter to you, we also include here the criteria for judging, the possible prizes for these contests, and most importantly the registration form, so that you will formally be registered as one of the participating barangays. No registration fee is needed, but your cooperation is the one that matters most.

Criteria for Judging
Most lighted and decorated street Contest:
a. Creativity of design/pattern — 30%
b. Lights and color harmony — 30%
c. Proper use of materials — 20%
d. Aesthetic impact — 20%
Total   100%

Most lighted and decorated street Contest:
First prize             —— 15, 000 pesos
Second prize              —— 10, 000 pesos
Third prize               ——- 5, 000 pesos

1. The participating barangays in the most lighted/decorated street should see to it that it covers 100 meters.
2. For the Most Lighted/Decorated Street Contest, the participating barangay may start decorating and installing of appropriate lights a day after they have submitted their letter of intent. The streets shall be simultaneously lighted on December
