in cooperation with DepEd Biliran, LGU Naval

SCOPE OF THE CONTESTS
The Recycled Lantern/Parol Contest is open to all secondary schools in the province of Biliran.

Each School must submit at least one entry or maximum of three entries. The Lantern/Parol must have a minimum height and width of 1.5 meters but not to exceed 2 meters. Recycled materials must be used and proper lighting must be added to enhance aesthetic presentation or visual effect.

Entries shall be mounted or positioned on or before December 12, 2008 at the Naval Municipal Plaza.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING

Recycled Lantern/Parol
-Creativity/craftsmanship —- 30%
-Proper use of recycle materials —- 30%
-Visual use of lights —- 20%
-Aesthetic impact/presentation — 20%

1st Prize 10,000.00
2nd Prize 7,000.00
3rd Prize 5,000.00
