If your mindset is too narrow how important communication is, you better ponder a million times first of how it helps the disadvantage and under-privilege people you mention who really needed the very basic human needs like food, shelter and clothing not to include tuition fee which is already classified as want, were able to access to said resources.

Take for example, majority of poor people bought NFA rice which is cheap compared to commercial rice plus the introduction anew of fortified rice which is rich in iron and other minerals, if not through communicating the same to the public with the use of this new communication gadget, they would not even know where to access the staple food present in every table of every Filipino family.

Much more that we would deprive them of the kind of wealth where money cant buy such as access to information. People with laptop visiting the municipal ground of naval are all not that rich. the information they obtain is also being shared to less privileged brothers and sisters.

For them to know the real score of the things that transpired in our community where many are blind or ignorant or forced to be blinded or compelled to be ignorant, is as equally important as making full of one’s stomach

It is important for all of us to know, to ascertain the truth and to discern what is half-truth and the worst one, the false information peddled by yourself.

It’s so hard pretending to be blind or masquerading to be ignorant when in fact and in truth you really knows the gospel truth but you just refuse to give and share it and shout it out to the whole world because you are afraid to lose the earthly privilege you fully enjoyed at present.

FOR EXAMPLE A LOPTAP OR A CELLPHONE THAT IS INTERNET READY, MAYBE IT WOULD COST AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OR BY 10THOUSAND PESOS FOR AN ORDINARY NAVALENO TO ACQUIRE THIS? OKEY, IN TIMES LIKE THIS, THAT WE KNOW ALREADY,HOW HARD FOR US TO MAKE ENDS MEET? WOULD IT BE PRACTICAL FOR A CERTAIN local government TO INITIATE SUCH KIND OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES? AS WE ALL KNOW,THERE ARE STILL SOME OTHER WAYS OR THE MOST NEEDED KIND OF INITIATIVES THAT A NAVALENOS NEEDED? LIKE FOR AN INSTANCE,WHY NOT PREFER TO USE THIER funds for a program that has something to do in uplifting the lives of a common people? EVEN IN agricultural sector. Ang pera na dapat sana po ay makadagdag pa para sa delivery ng basic services ay nakakaltasan po dahil na pagbabayad ng renta na iyan.

Malaki po ang nasasayang na pondo nga Naval kung nagbabayad ng renta ang ating Munisipyo. Pwede naman po na ilagay na lang natin ang mga Buses sa isang Public Compound.

My point really is , I do commend Mayor Parilla for having this project… But the question is, is this necessary? It depends on who is answering this question…. Let us be realistic about what is happening in the real world and go back to the statistics… Roughly 2% of Naval’s population are considered wealthy and above middle class while 98% are on poverty level or below. Yeah… I know that you will argue that the cost of this project is miniscule that it will not make any difference at all… Well I say… probably NOT. The scenario is while the rich are busy tinkering on their laptops whlie using their state of the art Smartphones and taking advanatage of free Wi-fi, the poor are consumed on thinking where can they get their next meal or how can they send their children to school… Isn’t it odd that the rich can get some help from the Municipal government, while the poor can’t? It seem social injustice to me….
Is our Mayor capable of creating another brilliant idea that would perhaps address the basic needs of the 98% populace?
I believe she is and yes, she can….

During her first term, the local government of Naval bought a second-hand GARBAGE TRUCK but it was just a waste of money because the vehicle was almost a scrap. Ambot kung gigamit pana karun.

This is an example of a well-intended decision got f**k-up because of these LEECHES that surround you. Kensa nakasapi atu? Ang galamay nga nag-negotiate sa pagpalit. Kalibutan pud entawon ni Mayor kung tarung paba ang makina ug mga hydraulics atu.

If the local goverment of Naval continuously paying the garrage rent for these school buses which are left idol for an unknown reason why it was not handed-over to the intended recepient (DepEd). It seems they are waiting for a resolution from the office of the ombudsman to this effect and for WHAT? It was a goverment fund used to procure these vehicles therefore these are government property and it does not belong to anybody except the people. WHY NOT HAND-OVER IT?

Gusto nila i-turn-over ang mga buses para ila na pod ma-baligya ug ma-kwartahan. If we say we are clean, so be it a 100% clean unless if the argument here is choosing between evil and the lesser evil but both are devils. I think this is clear.
