The Naval State University and the Naval SPED Center emerged as champion in the senior (secondary) and junior (elementary) categories respectively.

Both NSU and Naval SPED Center receive P40,000 cash prize, trophy and certificate as champions from Pintados Foundation.

The Naval Central School and the Cathedral School of La Naval also copped both the 3rd place winners in the 2012 Banda Rayhak marching band competition.

The competing marching bands of both the elementary and secondary schools of Naval, the capital town of Biliran province, swept not only almost all of the special awards but the championship of both categories in the 2012 Banda Rayhak regional inter-school competition.

  1. if only it was on camera and watched by national television viewers then, maybe people of Naval would know that they did not deserve it…so sad that there are people who does not even care if they are doing it the wrong way…I still want that our band members here in ESNCH would still compete next time provided the judges will not be like or the same this year…To The judges… hope you guys enjoy what ever price was when you choose to do wrong…!
