Effective February 4, 2013, Atty. Sabino C. Mejarito will assume as the Provincial Election Supervisor for the province of Biliran pursuant to COMELEC Resolution no. 9626 entitled “In the matter of temporary reshuffling of the Provincial Election Supervisor for purposes of the forthcoming May 13, 2013 National and Local Elections”
