Darkness at Noon. The NGCP has announced 11 hours of power outage in the entire area coverage of Biliran Electric Cooperative (Bileco) this coming Sept 20, 2014, Sat., from 6 am to 5 pm.
A maximum eleven-hour (11-hour) power interruption will be experienced in the entire area coverage of Biliran on September 20, 2014, Saturday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM due to the following activities by National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP:
a. Replacement of insulators and connectors;
b. Retrieval of old poles and TL materials; and
c. Correction of damaged conductors.
