Cabucgayan’s top drug pusher nabbed

CABUCGAYAN, Biliran-The alleged top shabu pusher in this town was arrested after six attempts of test buy by police elements of Cabucgayan police station.

Glen Lanante, 45 years old, was arrested in a buy-bust operation at around 10:48 in the morning on November 26, 2015 in Barangay Balaquid, Cabucgayan, Biliran.

Seized from Lanante were two pieces heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (subject of sale), one piece suspected shabu wrapper, two pieces heat sealed sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (recovered in possession of the suspect), and five one hundred peso bills.

Lanante was a former security escort of the former Biliran Congressman Glenn Chong and his father Charlie Chong.

Lanante was now in the lock up cell of Cabucgayan police station for violations of RA 9165. – BiliranIsland.com
