NAVAL, Biliran – Police elements of Naval on Tuesday, December 15, arrested a certain Thomas Peanar, a resident of Barangay Agpangi, a coastal barangay of this town for violation of Section 5 of RA 9165.
The order of arrest was issued by Judge Bienvenido M. Montalla, Branch 16, Regional Trial Court on November 11, 2015 against Karen Joy Amador and Thomas Peanar docketed under Criminal Case No. N-3209. (Read: 26 years old woman arrested in buy bust)
Peanar was arrested at around 11pm on December 15, 2015 at Barangay Agpangi, Naval, Biliran. – BiliranIsland.com
