NAVAL, Biliran – A Mitsubishi Strada with plate no. YLL 916 crashed into the fence of Melai Curso’s house in front the covered court in Brgy. Caraycaray, Naval. Marcos Bornillo, the driver-owner, is ok, not hurt.
Around 9:30 am, a pick up bumped the fence near the Gahum house. The driver fell asleep.
