NGCP Update: POWER INTERRUPTION in parts of Leyte today, March 11
Affected: BILECO, LEYECO III, DORELCO and LEYECO V (Sambulawan Substation)

Reason: Tripping of 69kV Tunga Feeder at 6:53PM today Fault caused by cut jumper on a structure at San Joaquin, Capoocan, Leyte has been found. Repair will start as soon as possible.

All area coverage of the Biliran Electric Cooperative (BILECO) are experiencing unexpected power interruption which started around 6:54 in the evening due to the “unbalance or low voltage of power coming from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP)” according to BILECO OIC General Manager Oledan. No further notice yet from the management as to the power restoration.
