NAVAL, Biliran – Cops of Naval town yielded 19 transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu in a buy-busy operation conducted at around 7:35 in the evening on Thursday, March 17, 2016.
PCI Nonito G. Zuasula and his men of Naval police station arrested Velasco D. Boñula, alias Sammy Delfin, a resident of Sitio San Roque, a government housing village located in Barangay Larrazabal, Naval, Biliran.

Items seized from Bonula were the following items: 15 pieces of small sachets and four pieces of big sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, one piece P500, one color pink Guess pouch and one unit Samsung cellular phone.
Boñula was arrested for violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Art. II of R.A. 9165. – BiliranIsland.com
