No. 2 drug pusher in Caibiran nabbed, female

CAIBIRAN, Biliran – A 45-year-old woman was arrested  during a buy-bust by operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG)  8 and Caibiran Police Station in Barangay Victory, Caibiran, Biliran yesterday evening, October 5, 2015 at 9:40 PM.

Rosie Rosales Dedil  was caught selling a sachet of shabu and P500 marked money were also confiscated from her.

According to PSI Roger T. Octaviano, Dedil is number 2 on their drug pusher list in Caibiran.

Dedil is the live-in partner of Reynaldo V. Oledan, alleged top drug pusher in Caibiran, who was arrested last May 24, 2016 in a buy bust operation. (READ: Caibiran top pusher arrested)

In 2005, the Caibiran police station raided the house of Dedil and Oledan. The police filed a case for illegal position of firearms and illegal drugs. But the case was dismissed the following year.

Last July 5, 2016 Dedil surrendered to the Oplan Tokhang, but despite this, she continued her activity.

Dedil is facing violation of Section 5 and 11 of the Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. – BiliranIsland.com
