NAVAL, Biliran – The Local Government Unit of Naval through the initiative of Mayor Gerard Roger M. Espina has convened all the agencies concerned on the security,safety,medical and logistical preparations for this coming “Kalag-kalag 2016” celebration.
“We are pleased to inform all navalenos that we have already put into place our medical,police,traffic and emergency rescue unit teams for the whole duration of the all souls/all saints day celebtation. Portalets will be deployed also to maintain the standard of sanitation our Municipality is currently practicing.”
In an emergency meeting held today October 25,2016 at the Mayor’s Office, Mayor Gerard Roger Espina has reiterated to all agencies concerned to make this year’s “Kalag-kalag 2016″celebration a peacefull one as families remember to offer prayers for their dearly departed loved ones.
