NAVAL, Biliran – Rep. Rogelio J. Espina files bill to rename NSU to BISU.
NSU to BISU. Are you in favor of changing the name of Naval State University to Biliran Island State University?
Former Congressman Glenn Chong filed a bill converting NIT to NSU. On October 14, 2009, Republic Act 9718 was passed into law converting Naval Institute of Technology into Naval State University.
Former Rep. Chong was responsible for the law that converted the then NIT into a university.
Wala na ba di ay qualified na maging president sa NSU?

Naval State University sounds good already compared to BISU. Should this be changed, remove instead the word Island and make it Biliran State University.
