Joke leads to kill in Naval

NAVAL, BILIRAN – Because of a joke, a certain Noel Villamil was stabbed to death by a certain Armand Brane early morning today in a 24-hours store near the Naval public slaughterhouse in Smo. Rosario, Naval, Biliran.

Naval police report disclosed that the suspect, Arman Brane, 26 years old, single, and a butcher, was under the influence of liquor. He got irritated when the victim Noel Villamil joke at him, which caused their argument.

The police report also stated that the suspect took a knife and stabbed the victim several times, resulting in serious injury. The victim was declared dead on arrival while treated at the Biliran Provincial Hospital. -BiliranIsland.com
