NAVAL, Biliran – The Provincial Government of Biliran has lined up a week-long celebration to mark the 25th Biliran Provincehood Anniversary Celebration that will start from May 7 to May 11.
The theme, “25 Years and Growing,” symbolizes the positive changes and developments in the province over the past 25 years.
