CABIBIHAN, Caibiran, Biliran – A Caibiranhon who was in the police drug watch list has been nabbed in a buy-bust operation.
Gary Piad Pica, a “tokhang” surrenderee, was arrested by elements of Caibiran police station this morning at Barangay Cabibihan, Caibiran, Biliran.
