It has been 16 hours of brownout, since 7:30 pm last night. The commercial establishments are using generators. This is one reason why Gaisano has not yet put up a branch in Naval. Unstable electricity.

POWER UPDATE 8:30 AM. Not yet certain when electric power returns, said OIC GM Oledan. The line patrol of NGCP personnel last night stopped due to heavy rains. They resume early this morning. The line fault is in Visares, Capoocan – Lemon, Leyte area. The terrain there is difficult.
The affected cooperatives are LEYECO III, BILECO and LEYECO V.

NAVAL, Biliran – Brownout again. NGCP low voltage, problem in the transmission line, said GM Oledan.

Bileco brownout covers entire island.
