BILIRAN, Biliran – One Sammy Tadeja Marteja, alias “Carter,” 33 years old and a resident of Sitio Poro, Brgy. San Isidro in Biliran town, was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation on June 25.
Alias Carter was arrested around 12:25 p.m. on June 25 after an incognito police officer posed as a buyer and bought a sachet of shabu from him worth P1,000.
Seized from Marteja were the following items: One (1) Heat-Sealed Transparent Plastic Sachet containing White Crystalline Substance believed to be “SHABU” (subject of sale) and recovered from his possession and control Four (4) pieces Heat-Sealed Transparent Plastic Sachet believed to be “SHABU”, and One (1) piece of One (1) Thousand Peso Bill (PHP 1,000.00), with Serial Number UD641822 used as “Marked Money”. – BiliranIsland.com
