NAVAL, Biliran – Gov. Espina re-opens the Provincial Eco-Tourism Park in Brgy. Larrazabal so that the public may enjoy the facilities of the olympic-size pool and kiddie pool. A minimal entrance fee will be collected to offset maintenance costs.
