NAVAL, Biliran – Biliran Governor Gerardo J. Espina, Jr. and Commission on Audit (COA) Chairperson Michael G. Aguinaldo officially signed the Deed of Donation of the lot for the Provincial Satellite Auditing Office (PSAO) in a ceremony held at the Provincial Legislative Building on Thursday, August 9.

The donated lot for the PSAO measures more than 1,000 sq. ms. and is located in a vacant space in between the provincial offices of the Comelec and the NFA at the Provincial Capitol Compound.

The ceremony was attended by elected and appointive provincial officials, some COA officials from the central office, and some COA personnel from Biliran and Leyte offices.
