Update. 7AM 11/20/18 All mayors in Biliran Province have suspended classes at all levels today due to TD SamuelPH. It is expected to make landfall over the Dinagat-Samar-Leyte area tonight.
NAVAL, Biliran – The mayors and local disaster risk reduction management councils of the following towns declared the suspension of classes in both public and private schools.
Classes suspended tomorrow due to TD Samuel in the following towns.
- Culaba
- Cabucgayan
- Naval
- Almeria
- Kawayan
- Maripipi
- Caibiran
- Biliran Town
