KAWAYAN, Biliran – An ambulance driver of Kawayan, Biliran was not spared from the long arm of the law after he was caught allegedly selling shabu late Thursday afternoon.

Arrested by PDEA operatives and elements of Kawayan police was a certain Ambrosio Buenconsejo, Jr., alias ‘Ambo’, 46, residence of Poblacion Kawayan, Biliran.

He is a job order employee of LGU Kawayan for 15 years now and has served as ambulance driver.

Ambo was arrested at around 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon of November 22, 2018 at Barangay Poblacion, Kawayan, Biliran.

Seized in the possession of Ambo were the five sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu estimated to weigh more or less 1.5 grams with an estimated value of P4,500. One piece of 500 peso bill was taken in the possession of the suspect.
