NAVAL, Biliran – Mulong Bernardes is now a candidate for Congressman, after he substituted his sister on Nov. 23, 2018.
His party is Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP).
Mulong Bernardes, holding his COC for Congressman, is now officially a candidate for the congressional post of the Lone District of Biliran.
Romulo Villegas Bernardes, born, raised and schooled in Naval. Candidate for Congressman, Lone District of Biliran. CESO, former Executive Director, National Maritime Polytechnic; former Regional Director, LTFRB; former Assistant Regional Director, LTO; former Provincial Board Member, 3 Terms 1995-1998-2001. Education – Elem., Naval Central School, High School, Naval Institute of Technology, College, BSIE, MAED, MMPM, Doctor in Management, Naval State University.
NMP Executive Director Romulo V. Bernardes now officially substitutes his sister Juliet Bernardes Curso at Comelec Biliran office, for the congressional post in the Lone District of Biliran. He was accompanied by gubernatorial candidate Edwin Masbang, Charlie Chong, father of former Biliran Congressman Glenn Chong, and supporters.
