Good day!
The University strongly prohibits the collection of money in any means from the students in line with the expressed prohibition under Republic Act 10931 or the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act. All personnel is directed to observe the said policy strictly.
I encourage all students to report individuals, especially teaching personnel who are collecting money in place of projects, research or other activities. The contributions made for culminating activities are allowed provided that austerity measures are observed and that the monetary contribution will not be coursed through to their Instructors.
