NAVAL, Biliran – Candidate No. 1 Mystymyles Jude A. Zaragoza from Palompon, Leyte was crowned as Miss Naval Grand-winner 2019 in a splashy event that took place at Naval Gymnasium on October 3, 2019. The contest was one of the highlights of the town’s municipal fiesta.
A total of ten candidates vied for the highly coveted crowns of Miss Naval 2019 and Miss Tourism 2019.
The pageant judges were Jamie Dianne Espina, Edsil “Yhudz” Castillo, Allan Tubis, Andrea Mecaral-Simon, and Gigi Surdano.
