Naval, Biliran – Representatives from Samar State University and UPVTC were declared Mr. and Ms. SCUAA (State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association) 2019, respectively.

The Mr. and Ms. SCUAA 2019 took place in a grand event at Naval Gymnasium on December 11, 2019. The contest was one of the major highlights of the ongoing SCUAA 2019. The pageant showcased the beauty and wit of each participating school.
