THREE most wanted persons were arrested in Eastern Visayas Sunday, November 1, 2020.
In Biliran, Biliran, police arrested Deolito Abrigo, 68, for the crime of murder and Frederick Estancia, 29, for the crime of rape.
Abrigo is identified as rank number 2 most wanted person-provincial level while Estancia is rank number 6 most wanted.
No bail bond was recommended to the two accused.
Police said the warrants were issued by Honorable Luz Navarrete, presiding judge of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 16 in Naval, Biliran.
In Matag-ob, Leyte, police also arrested the top 1 most wanted person-municipal level for the crime of rape.
The accused was identified as Aljon Precillas, 20, and a resident of Barangay Sto Rosario, Matag-ob.
Presiding Judge Mario Quinit of RTC-Branch 12 in Ormoc City issued the warrant with no recommended bail bond.
All the accused were brought to their respective municipal police stations for documentation prior to turn over to the courts of origin. (SunStar Philippines)
