NAVAL, Biliran – Employees of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)- Biliran District Engineering Office (DEO) celebrate Christmas gathering by reflecting a Christmas Message entitled: “Truly Happy” by Mr. Jesus Raygon Caganon Jr, invited guest speaker.
The said motivational talk was one of the activities of Biliran DEO employees during its Christmas Celebration on December 22, 2022 at DPWH Biliran DEO.
According to Mr. Caganon, his short talk on “Truly Happy” focuses on God’s Message this Christmas.
Mr. Caganon shared three important messages of God to be truly happy.
According to Mr. Caganon, to be truly happy, one must “Love More”! This is the first message of God that he wants to share this Christmas.
Mr. Caganon said that love is time. He explained that simply giving your time to your family, friends or co-workers and even to one’s self is the greatest love you can give. With the uncertainty of life, Caganon shared that giving time is indeed gold.
The second message that the speaker shared to be truly happy is to “Restore Broken Relationship”.
Mr. Caganon shared that to restore a broken relationship, the first thing to do is to pray for enlightenment and guidance from the Lord. He also emphasized to never be afraid to take the first step for reconciliation, to listen, to be humble, and lastly, to be objective, and not subjective.
According to Mr. Caganon, aside from giving love, forgiveness is one of the best gifts we can give to someone and to ourselves this Christmas.
Lastly, Mr. Caganon shared that the third message of God this Christmas is to “Pray More, Pray Well and to Pray A lot!”.
Mr. Caganon said that it is only through prayer that we can be with God and with a true and sincere prayer, God gives us rest.
After the short inspiration talk, the Biliran DEO employees concluded the activity with a prayer of gratitude and guidance from the Lord.
