Biliran, Biliran — A habal-habal driver was found lifeless while lying in his bed by his sibling members about 5:20 in the afternoon on Tuesday, Dec 27, at Divine Grace Village, in Brgy. Burabod here.
Biliran COP Police Capt. Isidoro Ancero identified the victim as Edmon Carmen Jr., y Alibio, 30, with live in partner, Habal habal, driver and a resident of Brgy. Burabod, of this town.
Capt Ancero said that about 5:25 in the afternoon on Tuesday the station received a cellular phone call from Elizabeth Carmen that her son Edmon Jr y Alibio her son was found lifeless inside his unit at Block 10 lot 15 at Divine Grace Village, Brgy. Burabod, Biliran, Biliran by her sister. The victim, according to her mother, was lying in his bed lifeless when found by her daughter.
Capt. Ancero disclosed that they immediately contacted Dr. Gabby Velasques of Rural Health Unit here, and SOCO Team to proceed to the reported place to conduct a post mortem examination and process the crime scene for possible foul play. But Dr. Gabby Velasques found out that the subject person allegedly suffered Cardiac arrest secondary to Acute Pancreatitis secondary due to Alcohol Intoxication. Dr. Gabby Velasques continued that that there was no evidence of foul play noticed from the subject person’s body.
