NAVAL. Biliran– OIC-District Engineer Alfredo L. Bollido administers the oath-taking of newly promoted Administrative Officer III (Cashier II) of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)- Biliran District Engineering Office (DEO) on February 06, 2023.
Newly promoted employee is Ms. Helen Rose V. Bernadas, who will be assigned at the Cashiering Unit, Administrative Section.
Prior to her promotion, Ms. Bernadas formerly holds the position of Administrative Aide VI (Accounting Clerk II).
The oath-taking ceremony was witnessed by Engr. Rosario B. Rosete, OIC-Assistant District Engineer and Chief of Planning and Design Section, Engr. Glenda G. Dagalea, Chief of Maintenance Section, Engr. Luisito Filemon A. Abad, Chief of Construction Section, Mr. Michael O. Mataganas, Chief of Finance Section, Mr. Bern L.
