Naval, Biliran— A High Valued Individual in the drug watchlist and listed as Rank No. 9 in the regional level was arrested during a buy bust operation for possession of a suspected shabu about 9: 48 in the evening on Friday, May 5 in Brgy Smo Rosario, of this capital town of Biliran.
The suspect was identified as Jick Romer Bolestana, a.k.a. “Bojic”, 41, married a resident of Brgy. P.I. Garcia here. The suspect is listed as High Value Individual in the drug watchlist of the PNP and Ranked No. 9, in the Regional Level.
Recovered from the possession of the suspect was one sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu procured by an operative in the amount of P1000. Also recovered from the possession of the suspect was one pc P1000 bill bearing serial number MZ832553 which is a court subscribed money intended for the operation.
Charges of Violation of Sec 5 (selling) of the Art II of RA 9165, the Comprehensive Law against Illegal Drugs of 2002 is being readied by the apprehending police against the suspect who is temporarily detained at the locked-up cell of Naval MPS.
