Biliran, Biliran— An employee of the Provincial Veterinary Office of the Province of Biliran was unharmed while driving a car after figuring a road mishap with a single motorcycle about 7:10 in the morning on Thursday, May 11, along the National Highway of Sitio Lumbia, in Brgy. San Roque of this town.

Richelle Naputo, 47, married, an employee of the Veterinary Office of Biliran Provincial Capitol, a resident of Brgy, San Isidro, here has no driver’s license presented after the incident. The other driver was identified as Elegio Lutap, 52, farmer, a resident of Sitio Bantilan, Brgy Bato here also has no driver’s license presented.

Initial investigation disclosed that the motorcycle driven by Lutap, a Honda CB110, Bearing Plate no. NE15036, with no O.R. and C.R. presented, was traveling along the National Highway of Sitio Lumbia, Brgy. San Roque, here going to the direction of Biliran Rotonda and upon reaching at the place of occurrence the car driven by Naputo a Suzuki DZire color blue, bearing Plate No. HAB 7280, C.R. No. 37660368-6 dated 02/06/2020, O.R. No. 1825875424 dated 02/06/2020, came out from Brgy. Road of Sitio Lumbia, Brgy. San Roque, here and entered the National Highway. Naputo’s sudden appearance in the highway resulted in the accidental hit/bumped by the motorcycle by Lutap, and crashes into the cemented road and incurring damages, while the car driven by Naputo also incurred damages on its left front part.

Lutap sustained injuries in the different parts of his body from the impact and immediately brought to the RHU Biliran for medical treatment while V2 driver was unharmed. Both vehicles involved were brought to Biliran MPS for proper disposition.
