Naval Biliran – To bring entertainment to the people of Biliran a “Pasasalamat” Concert under the “Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair” was held on August 26, around 7pm at Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) Oval.
The said concert was free and was hosted by Giselle Sanchez and Njel De Mesa. Despite the unexpected rainy weather this did not stop the Biliranons from going to this exciting event.
Special guests; Daryl Ong, Bugoy Drilon and Shamrock Band and other artists from Biliran also performed.
