Naval, Biliran— A drug personality who was given liberty when the court approved his Plea-Bargaining Agreement falls again to the same offense after he was arrested in a buy bust conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit of Biliran Provincial Police Office, and the Station Drug Enforcement Team of the local police at about 6:48 in the evening on Tuesday, Dec. 12, in Brgy Atipolo, of this Capital town of the Province of Biliran.

The suspect was identified as Jerico, 24, single, self-employed and resident of Brgy Sto. Niño here.

Recovered from the possession of the suspect was one sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu procured by an operative in the amount of P500. During the conduct of body search in front of an elected Barangay Official and a representative from the National Prosecutors Services the searching operative recovered three more sachets containing the same white crystalline suspected to be shabu. Further search to the suspect resulted in the recovery of one pc. P500 bill with Serial No. AF776666 which is a court subscribed money intended for the operation, along with one color gold Vivo cellular phone, and one-coin purse color combination green, yellow, red and black.

Charges for violations of Sec. 5 & 11 of RA 9165, the Comprehensive Law against Illegal Drugs of 2002 was already filed at the Provincial Prosecutors Office here by the police against the suspect who is temporarily detained at the Naval MPS.
