The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Biliran District Engineering Office joined the Pueblo DayParade on Saturday, September 26, 2026, as part of the celebration of Pueblo Day in the Municipality of Naval.
DPWH-Biliran personnel participated in the parade around the town, carrying the office’s official banner and joining various government offices, organizations, and community groups in the celebration.
The activity brought together the people of Naval to honor the municipality’s heritage, achievements, and aspirations for the future.
The 166th Naval Pueblo Day celebration also featured a Holy Mass at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Parish and the PuebloDay program at the Naval Gymnasium.
The DPWH-Biliran DEO’s participation reflects its support for local community activities and its partnership with the Municipal Government of Naval in activities that promote unity and civic participation.
