NAVAL, Biliran (BiliranDEO) – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Biliran District Engineering Office (DEO) actively participated in the 2026 “Pasundayag sa Naval” on September 19 at the Naval People’s Park, Naval, Biliran.
DPWH-Biliran DEO dancers showcased a cultural dance presentation alongside performers from various local and national government agencies, private organizations, and schools in the province.
The Pasundayag sa Naval features a series of cultural shows and community performances leading up to the annual Naval Town Fiesta, held in honor of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary and celebrated every first Saturday of October.
Through its participation, DPWH-Biliran DEO expressed its support for the celebration of local culture and tradition while fostering camaraderie among government agencies and the community.
