Dr. Mario Tubania, PENRO of Biliran province tells students of the Lucsoon National High School of their role in mitigating the effects of climate change during the students' forum on Climate Change held in said school today, Wed, Sept 10 at 10am. He urged the students to plant trees in their school or in their respective communities, segregate wastes before disposal, among others, to mitigate the effects of climate change. The forum was jointly conducted by the DENR and PIA in Biliran province. (fj)
