Anama of the Supreme Court, in a notice dated September 8, 2010 which was obtained this week by this writer, said the Supreme Court dismissed the petition filed by Delante against Presiding Judge Bienvenido M. Montalla of the Regional Trial Court 37, Caibiran and members of the Municipal Board of Canvassers Deonilo Pantas, Marlyn Gervacio and Loreto Serdana, and Mayor-elect Maderazo for \u201cerror in the choice or mode of appeal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the COMELEC\u2019s Second Division also dismissed the election complaint of losing mayoralty candidate Rogelio H.
