Naval Water District

Hello,
I am just curious about the ongoing water shortage (distribution) in Naval. Biliran Island has numerous amounts of water (some of the best in the world according to Google) but for the last 6 months or so a majority of Naval residents seems to be having trouble getting water into their homes via water pipes, Buckets Nalang!!!! Anyone have any information on this ongoing crisis?

In addition, i wonder if the Biliran Garden experienced the same water shortage? Can't the good Mayor lift a finger with this issue? Or he's just the same inutile Mayor as he was during his tenure as representa-thieve in the past?

Jalmz...Thanks for getting some answers!!! If there is no water by Fiesta, please folow up. Thats the problem in PI...no one ever follows up on these projects to see that the people(tax payers) are getting what they pay for.
