How much was spent on the new NIT gym and when will it be completed? If there was not enough money to complete the project then it should not have been started. Someone should be help responsible.

In running a project. There should be a project coordinator who will coordinate the buyer and the seller. This coordinator should evaluate how much was spent and how much money remain to complete the job and this should be reported weekly basis to the buyer or NIT president or committee running the show. The coordinator should be also the auditor of the school too.

I think someone made a lot of money off of this project and kick backs may be involved. Dr. Genson need to make a full accounting for this project.

The normal or the SOP before awarding a project, it should come into a bidding process at least 3 bidders. Each bidder should be evaluated to check their financial capability and resources, past experiences with evidences, good track record minimum of 5 years and most of all customer feed backs. The awarding should not only be based in the lowest amount but also as what I mentioned. Now, the buyer or NIT should at least formed a bidding committe or group headed by the auditor to check and balance the in and out of the project and this should be reported either weekly or monthly to the President. If ever there is anomaly, the committe should be blamed liable and the president should order for immediate investigation, his or her basis will be the financial statement and at the same time the master project schedule and the latest progress accomplishment...
