    The Diocese of Naval will celebrate its 23rd anniversary tomorrow, March 8. The blessing and mass of the chrism is set at 5:50pm today where all priests of Diocese will renew their priestly vows. A pontifical mass is set to be celebrated at 10:00am tomorrow to commemorate its 23rd anniversary. Msgr. Filemono G. Bactol is the first bishop of the diocese since its erection in 1989. (MLT)
