PNP-Biliran is strongly campaigning against illegal fishing, said PPSupt Roel Acidre, newly installed PNP Provincial Director of Biliran. He said, for the past year, PNP-Biliran conducted 89 operations on anti-illegal fishing with 746 persons apprenhended.
